Some things I have on this list is a memory stick with the minute templates, tentcards, meals ordered, meeting packages, pen, notebook, highlighter, calculator (I hate math so just in case they ask something that requires mathematical skills) and attendance records to establish quorum for each meeting. It is interesting work.

Years ago, when I worked for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), I took a training course on a Telex machine. Again, when I worked at the RCMP, I went on a training course for a machine to do criminal record checks. Of course I had to tell everyone at the office. * Needless to say -- it worked! When you drag and drop an e-mail from your e-mail account (or your bosss) into Tasks, it does not remove it, it just copies the e-mail contents into the Task Comments Section. The first day of each month, I go through the monthly folder and sort the items into the appropriate numbered file to be processed through the course of the new month.
