Instead of filing the PDF on the network, the document was printed and placed in a filing cabinet , where it will sit until doomsday. I can print any web page to pdf and store it on the drive. That makes sense, but can this system be applied to other information, like monthly bills, tax returns, staff, legal issues, normal company information?
