We do have to keep our company privacy in mind when sharing and never give specific details, but it is easy to give a general work situation and no one is the wiser as to who it is about and no company secrets are shared. I am not a legal expert and do not claim to give any legal advice.

Always get the persons permission and never post someone elses photo on a social networking site such as Facebook without asking the person first. I am not a legal expert and do not claim to give any legal advice. Smile you are on candid camera: Just because you can take a picture with your phone, doesnt mean you should.

Along with our multiple work passwords, we have a password for our home computer, and if we sign up for Facebook, Twitter or any other website, we have another password to remember. I leave an excel sheet on the company Server that only my IP & station login can Access and keep it updated. August 02, 2010 Anonymoussaid.
