Green Screen Your Suppliers: Ask your vendors how they are greening their operations. Also some firms now subsidize employee public transit costs to discourage driving. And online video tools like Skype can help cut down on business trips. Just posing the question can start them thinking, the precursor to action.

Meeting other assistants who work near by, who share the same suppliers, hotels, restaurants etc. We do not have any of the above but the Network group itself is run by a committee consisting of Sherien Ahmed, Sally Lloyd and Amy Smith.
