Most (not all) of our students choose to find other words to refer to their leaders, such as manager, executive, supervisor, and leader, to name a few options. After negotiations with one organization, I ended up agreeing to the initial salary offered (knowing the position called for considerably more). Words matter.

However, even after taking many classes on the various programs I still haven’t gotten any new tasks. You also have more negotiating leverage for a better salary and projects. Also remember to ask a few key people for permission to list them as a reference on job applications for more in-depth references.

If you are their #1 candidate, you have some power by how much they court you or negotiate with you. Tread carefully and speak humbly when you negotiate. A: The salary of an EA depends on what city you work in, how big your company is, and a zillion other factors that come into play just like any other job.

You can even turn old notebooks into dollar signs by selling past or current class materials to earn extra money. For example, a large list of well-known companies offer tuition reimbursement programs where they pay a percentage of your schooling costs as you take classes towards a degree. and take charge of your own destiny.
