Phone etiquette is important, remember to leave your name and phone number twice when leaving a voicemail- once at the beginning and then at the end of the call. Look into purchasing an all-in-one fax, printer, and copier. DO NOT leave a voicemail longer than a 1 or 1 ½ min. Turn off the computer when you leave for the day.
