Good ole’ Google calendars are a really quick and simple project management tool. You can have a daily agenda emailed to you so you know what you need to focus on on that particular day.

  The situation: Tweet "Rob" is a project manager that is responsible for a number of projects across the world and he needs to keep track of all of them.    His team is global, so physical solutions (like white boards and sticky notes on a big wall) will not work for him.

The “Multi-VA Practice Panel Discussion” members were evenly divided between multi-va business owners and virtual assistants who belong to such teams (as well as having their own clients).
