2) Now that I'm job hunting again my biggest obstacle is HR or executives see not working for a CEO is a step down for me even though I don't see it that way. All my jobs have been with major corporations or conglomerates which also means only so many exist in the world and also in Los Angeles/entertainment industry.

There are still jobs to be had, you just have to find them. I was speaking to a manager the other day and he said when he gets a resume, that is one of the first things he checks. You may even start to think your current job is not that bad afterall. Were you reading my last post? :) Great article. Minute taking made easier.

More importantly, once you figure that out, it can help you MANAGE your feelings and perspective during the day whenever you get frustrated or every hour if needed. If it’s a major change or overhaul, having a plan and executing it is required. How did I learn this?

Right now I just put things on his calendar and order food. I knew I didn’t want to job hunt for more than 6-9 months if I didn’t have to. And as I was working, job hunting and/or temping, I had to find other sources of happiness. So I read a lot about happiness, job hunting, and a meaningful life.
