To do this, open up your scheduled meeting in the calendar that you are using and click on “Forward as iCalendar&#. If you want to update the calendar, you would have to make the changes in the meeting request directly. This way, they will be more inclined to read the e-mail properly.

Since Outlook only allows for one time zone to be added to the persons calendar , this makes it a little difficult. Do you have trouble trying to figure out the time zone for each meeting in Microsoft Outlook ? I am currently in the process of doing this for one of my managers.
