Stapler and staples – Always always get the best stapler your company can afford and use the same brand staples as the stapler. I know this sounds silly but how frustrating is it when you can’t staple a few bits of paper together… trust me it will save you so much time having a decent stapler!

He was very self reliant so he didn’t want me to touch his unique filing system. Before I went home every evening I would print out his calendar and attach the correct paperwork for his meetings the next day. I would pop the file on his desk so that he had everything he needed for the following morning.

I was in back-to-back Committee meetings and I decided to use two different colours of folders, a blue one for the Committee members, with an attendance sheet stapled to the inside cover for my purposes, along with their meeting packages, and a red one for the Chair with everything the Chair was going to need. 5, 2010 at 12 p.m.
