Notebooks – I have one hard back A4 notebook for meetings and one A5 scrapbook for scribbles, doodles and messy thoughts. Calendar – For quick reference I have a one sheet per day calendar block on my desk. I use the small post-it index flags all the time as well. .

He would often turn up to meetings without the correct supporting papers or they would have doodles all over them, which didn’t help his reputation.
