It even happened to me a few times, where people would create files themselves, then send it around to others to review and make changes, but never save it on the network drive. One is the easier way, where you download a file; the other is the longer way. There are two ways of backing up your e-mails.

If your manager travels on one airline frequently it is worth downloading their app. Most will have details on flight times, on-board entertainment, electronic ticketing and lots of other useful information. Heres a link to download a copy of the sign , if youre interested. The easiest way to avoid this is to create a "Do Not Disturb" sign and place it somewhere on your cubicle that can be seen clearly. Many of my colleagues have used this method and I have never seen anyone complain, from either side.
