Try to set up the communication of the office so your boss checks their own emails and responds, but you are in charge of all the mtg coordination, phones, and anything that happens in the office. Tech glitches happen all the time and 2 people controlling one person's calendar is not the easiest thing. Do they know the vm passwords?
