Click on the arrow down button right beside the "New" button, then click "Distribution List" Here you can either "Select Members" or "Add New" Select Members is used to find contacts that are already in your address book. Add New, of course, would be used to add a brand new contact.

Since I work at home (and because we're full-time RVers, always on the road), I need to be able to fax/copy/convert from anywhere. My scanner serves all these purposes -- scan a document in and you can then e-fax it over the internet, print out a copy, edit it directly through OCR software, save it as a PDF and toss the paper.

It can be as small as a little paperback book, or as big as a cookbook. If so, you probably find the old pen-and-paper method helps you to keep organized as you can scribble and color to your heart's content. Outlook also has an address book (Contacts) and many other wonderful features for busy professionals.
