I’m learning when to be “artistic,” and when to just get it done: just as I shouldn’t launch into a huge philosophical blog post 30 minutes before my deadline, I shouldn’t start a big batch of croissants when I need to have dinner ready in an hour. Choose one style of cuisine to be your staple, and stick to it. Cook seasonally.

A Self-Hosted Wordpress Blog. I do all my blog posts on Google Docs, I use Gmail as my primary account, and I appreciate how you can download whatever you type up in Google Docs into multiple formats to accommodate what other programs my clients may be using. I am so much more organized and less stressed. It is FREE to use!
