The reason I use the latter method is because our company policy is that we cant download any software that IT doesnt approve. Then just follow the instructions to installing and using the software. One is the easier way, where you download a file; the other is the longer way. Its compatible with any version of Outlook 2002 or later.

When you try to save a document as a template, make sure that you click on the drop down arrow in the Microsoft Office software that you are using and select template, when using the "Save-As" command. Just make sure to protect the documents, spreadsheets, etc. so that they dont get changed.

I worked for a software company with a casual dress code and men and women both wore shorts all the time (it was in Houston and warm close to year round). That goes for men and women. However, for business casual and business dress environments, Im still a purist.
