So I was skeptical too and started to Google how people used Twitter to find jobs and I came across Tweet My Jobs. It is a site and free service to tweet out your full resume. I'm actually referring to regular old snail mail, USPS mail. out of frustration. Someone saw it and passed that along and the rest is history.
