At the bottom of the blog I have uploaded the template I use for my Directors. Additionally if you have equipped your manager with all of the information they need to deal with any emergencies, they will be able to cope without you being there to help, particularly if they are in a different time zone.

Meetup Time: £0.69. This is a great app for conference call planning that allows you to schedule calls and meetings from all over the world without having to check all of the various time zones. You shake your phone and the app will suggest a restaurant in the area, you can also make a reservation using the app.
