I love your question because no one has ever asked this question on the blog. I hated the mental stress and burden of putting everyone else first and getting only the usual thank you’s and words of appreciation. Outside of work, I started to take classes at night (and even on the weekends). On Monday nights I went to hula class.

When I was so stressed I needed a break, I could only call my best friend at the oddest hours. I spent the next four months resting, soul-searching, temping here and there and took a 2 week vacation. Maybe you want to take art classes, date, make new friends, or take more weekend trips. I only went home to sleep and shower.
