To add a second time zone to your calendar go to Options >Calendar>Time zones>Show a second time zone. Under Look In select User Templates in File System. In the next series of posts on tech hacks for assistants we are going to look at MS Outlook. Save it as an Outlook Template.

Of course the simple solution would be to have the same password for every aspect of your life, but nope that doesn’t work. And do we really have to change our work passwords every 60 days, and why can’t I use the same password I used a year ago? I kinda liked that one, but nope I can’t reuse the old password.

At one office I worked in we had a mail cart with slots for everyones mail, but it was filed First name, Last name. the phone book, standard filing practices etc.) My boss calls them Grrr!
