There are some certification programs out there that, unfortunately, don’t teach you how to build partnership with your executive or how to manage your executive’s day; but our programs do. (JB). I have a BS in management and over 15 years work experience. It is admirable that you have your BS in management.

More importantly, once you figure that out, it can help you MANAGE your feelings and perspective during the day whenever you get frustrated or every hour if needed. I mentored other younger assistants. I learned I need a vacation ASAP. If it’s a major change or overhaul, having a plan and executing it is required.
