I am being considered as a potential candidate because I am bilingual, have a paralegal certificate and masters degree in financial analysis. In interviews I’ve said that I’ve worked for introverts and extroverts and my job is to conform to the needs of my boss. This can be illustrated during the interview portion as you see fit.
