Other metadata is not visible except through external analysis of a file, such as is done in forensics. Unintentional disclosure can be awkward or even raise malpractice concerns. Some of Microsoft Office document's metadata can be seen by clicking File then Properties from the program's menu. 2 I would suggest every assistant read it.
