There's something electrifying about a shocking experience I had today when I decided to pay EDF, an electric utility supplier in the UK - anyone would think that ringing to pay a bill would be so easily - but it's not - not at all! nous we are the world's biggest electricity company and we have - OMG they still haven't answered the phone.

On behalf of my clients, I work with other VAs, as well as virtual assistance agencies both inside and outside the US. I become an important part of their business team, interacting with clients, colleagues, suppliers and even other family members. That we met each other through Twitter. Life is too short and my time is money!
