My advice is to grab a member and become a mentor or get mentored! Not only are you improving your skills and adding to your resume, you are making yourself more indispensable and an asset to your company or the next one. Shortly thereafter, I received the IAAP Member of Excellence and the CAP certification.

I would recommend putting your blogspot on your resume under "Accomplishments" with a brief description of what your blog is about. Make sure if you are using your blog as part of your "career package" that you keep your blog professional and on target. We are the ones on the job and in the know. See you on the blog.
