Once settled we went downstairs for a light lunch in one of the hotel’s restaurants, Cipriani’s. Once we returned from our meal we ventured to the hotel bar for a nightcap where you could find a selection of both local tipples and international brand drinks. I manage his schedule and monitor his emails, as well as help organise some of his travel, company events, and client dinners, occasional research, expenses and ad hoc tasks – all the general PA duties. Both roles overlap greatly.

At 17, he moved to Denver and worked odd jobs, including at restaurants, gas stations and retail stores. He eventually began working as the design manager at Restoration Hardware, a position he later lost over a technicality, which wasn’t the last time he’d be fired from a job—far from it.
