Despite my passion for social media I haven’t always been adept at it and was a twitter virgin until The Assist Conference 2015. It is never too late to add a new string to your bow and social media seems to be the way forward for the future Assistant. It is not going away. Do you ever save items to read later?

Meeting other assistants who work near by, who share the same suppliers, hotels, restaurants etc. I recently spoke at the Assist Conference in September 2015, and at Skyscanner’s Company Presentation in December to around 300 people. It is brilliant! Sherien : The only advice I would give is to stay current.

As of 2015, there are over 150,000 active podcasts , so the choice really is vast. You don’t go to a restaurant and order “half a pound of burger”, you just order a burger. In 2015, he started a daily vlog. Step 5 : The moment you finish learning, share what you just learned on the social media platform you settled on.
