This week we will say goodbye to 2014 and welcome a new year. The top 10 terms to be concerned about for the coming year are: CLOUD, CONTENT, USER EXPERIENCE, CONNECTED, ANALYTICS, TRANSPARENCY, UNIQUE, HUMAN, PERSONAL and SOCIAL. It was so much easier to purchase content or re-post someone else’s content with scant changes.
