Last week I went along to Confex 2012, for those that don’t know Confex is a large exhibition aimed predominately at event organisers. A commercial organisation can be found guilty of this offence if the bribery is carried out by an employee or a third person, this could include a contractor, a supplier, an agent or a subsidiary.
