My scanner serves all these purposes -- scan a document in and you can then e-fax it over the internet, print out a copy, edit it directly through OCR software, save it as a PDF and toss the paper. Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets & Having Processes In Place. Remember when card readers were large, complicated, and expensive?

CreateSpace allows PDF file formats. You must be sure that you will embed your fonts in the final PDF uploaded to CreateSpace.

it allows you to dump all the thoughts you have in your head out into a coherent plan, indicate which are just "ideas", which are in process, which require additional info, and much more -- you can attach notes, links, and pictures to any node, color-code your map, save to PDF/print/share -- I am just loving this tool so far!
