There are a number of scanner apps that will use your devices camera as a scanner and upload the picture as a PDF. Scan2PDF gave me the clearest PDF, but the lack of cropping and image adjustment was disappointing.

A Self-Hosted Wordpress Blog. My scanner serves all these purposes -- scan a document in and you can then e-fax it over the internet, print out a copy, edit it directly through OCR software, save it as a PDF and toss the paper. LNM LOVES Dropbox! Then we found out about Dropbox. It is FREE to use! Create a custom page.
