I moved to electronic systems after I lost my paper planner on an airplane in 2010. I tried Omnifocus , Basecamp , Remember the Milk , Google Tasks , Evernote , and even a good old-fashioned Excel spreadsheet. For those who are interested, I think Basecamp is the best visually speaking, though still a distant second to paper).
