I can tell you my friends and colleagues got a lot of phone calls in those early days and it was a wonderful resource and help to me. Read professional magazines when you get the opportunity. IAAP has a magazine that comes with being a member called OfficePro and it has very useful articles. I'm in a bad mood, pass it on.
