E-mail is no longer just for personal use, with all our accepted short forms: LOL, U, GB and a co-workers favourite, OMG! With the increasing use of e-mail as the first choice for business correspondence it opens a whole new world of dos and donts for the assistant. Writing all in caps is a form of e-mail shouting.

Thanks, Richard Posted on 5 March, 2008 10:43 AM Deb I love CTRL-Z (undo), CTRL-H (find & replace), the split screen feature in Word (it splits the screen into 2 sections so you can look at 2 different areas of the document at the same time. If I do end up coming up with a little extra time in the future, I will write a post on it.
