The “oops” factor: If you need more than two paragraphs to cover your topic, you’re better off using the phone, or attaching a Word* file. Pet peeve: Calendar invitations with attachments. People often send me calendar invites that include attachments. Consider sending multiple files with fewer attachments instead.
