About 90% of my work comes in the form of e-mails, since I want to be able to track anything and everything that managers and fellow staff members send me. Clear the Use Mircosoft Office Word 2003 to edit e-mail messages check box. There is a simple solution to this - E-mail Templates! basis and it usually involves e-mail.
