Having strong language ready allows you to go into an intimidating situation with an increased degree of self-confidence. If you need help languaging a situation and are struggling, get help. There's no shame in not being especially good on the fly, and preparing so that you can do your best. Besides, the more you prepare, the better you'll get to be on the fly.
