Had to mentor projects and give advice to the attendees, evaluate the pitches and pick a winner. I always wanted to experience this lifestyle, and last year finally gave me that flavor. It also was downloaded more than 500 times without no promotion at all, only word of mouth. And that includes promoting your app.

The focus of the website and magazine is on the day-to-day work life, career development and lifestyle choices of assistants. The website also promotes training for Executive PAs and mentoring services.

A good people leader is always willing to mentor and assist their team members. But while you may dream of a senior level promotion, putting in 70 hour work weeks to achieve it will only result in burnout. Set boundaries. However, being too accessible can distract you from completing your own duties in a reasonable timeframe.
