If you have to purchase stuff for your boss - ask to xerox the credit card, both front and back now. Are there favorites of anything your boss likes - their coffee, restaurants, cafeteria lunch food, etc? Don't forget about official, company, school, and religious holidays. For example, some spouses do not share a last name.

I know I am dating myself with this ad, but advertising does influence our decisions on what we purchase. I still get some flyers by regular mail and I do still appreciate them when it is a menu from a fast-food restaurant, money-back coupons or notices of courses in my area, but otherwise I throw them in the recycle bin.

I purchased a small address book in which I can keep the website address along with my user name and/or password for each particular site. The son and his father are very successful businessmen; so successful they arrived at La Trattori Restaurant in Palm Beach Gardens in a bright red new Ferrari. Once the date and location is finalized, if it requires flight and hotel, then I put a travel sheet on top of the meeting sheet and start to go through that checklist to see what I need to do, from getting the passport ready, contacting the travel agent and arranging for a purchase order, etc. Excellent material! 411 Look Up 411.ca
