Less Is More When It Comes To Productivity Tools

The burden of usage can become a great obstacle in our productivity goals. You want your tools simple because you think that, by being simple, your tools can lessen the overall effort that you put into achieving your productivity goals. If I want a one-time use “to-do list , it might be an overkill to build a Microsoft Access database to do it when I can use a simple sticky note and a pen. Are you achieving your productivity goals with your current tool belt?
