Identify three things: a daily mantra, your short-term goal, and your long-term goal. Rewarding yourself whenever you hit your short-term goals is no rocket science. Take it one step further by making sure that your rewards do not undermine your goals, and instead, contribute to them. Distractions cost you more lost time than you think. Have a cut-off time at night for work and phone. Do a demo on your PC while explaining as you go.

  When people access the site from their phones, you have created a very clean and easy to navigate view.    Others were more difficult to navigate when on my phone.    Great, so how can people get started and what is the cost?   The cost for a basic profile is free.    We also have a new upgrade called our "Branded QR Code" upgrade, which costs $40, and is a one time fee.

  Some say the traditional paper planner is the best, while others swear by their smart-phone or on line tool.  Recommended Tool: Smart phone (I use the Nokia E71 & also recommend a Blackberry) [link] is a Hand-held Device great for Business Professional Pros of Planning Tool: Easy to use. I can also store email templates and phone "scripts" (bullet point items of what to cover on certain types of calls).
