You can use either an online service called LetterMeLater.com or purchase SendLater for Microsoft Outlook. I always find myself sending pretty much the same emails. You can create a Microsoft Outlook e-mail template , which you can open and manipulate as you go along. The only downfall is that you would have to send manually each time.

I have a crazy-busy RSS feed. In the US it’s legal to sign someone up to your email list without asking their permission.
