This role included updating my Executive’s CV, keeping licenses current for my exec, helping with the immigration process (my exec wasn’t a citizen at the time), and my absolute favourite, figuring out how to get a lot of expensive furniture imported from Asia! In this role I managed staff, but was not given a manager title.

The lion’s share of our sales comes from email marketing , but very few blog readers (1%) subscribe. If we increase our email subscriber rate from 1% to just 2%, we could capture 150 additional leads each month just from our top two blog posts. Save Gmail attachments to Dropbox: Every time a VA forwarded an email labeled “QUOTES” with a file attached, IFTTT automatically saved the file in a designated Dropbox folder. Having to follow up with emails during the course of the day is a huge distraction and requires a lot of multitasking that can be avoided.
