Ive waited YEARS for Verizon to get a decent Smart Phone. BASIC PHONE: Sound quality and connections (rarely a dropped call) are better on the Verizon network (than iPhone on AT&T) 2. I’d love to write a review about it, but I’ve not yet purchased it. Below is his review. Here are the key points of comparison 1.

We live in America I shouldn’t have to press anything for our language 2) English as a second language / culture call centers (India, Phillipines, etc…) 3) Agents disconnecting you intentionally and hoping you won’t call HQ with their name 4) Poorly trained people trying to fix your problem over the phone (Verizon FIOS is horrible (..)

Let’s take the example of waiting in a Verizon store for the next available agent. As for my experience at the Verizon store, I did approach one of the two representatives and asked them if someone could help me and explained my circumstances. Delivering superior customer service is also a perception.

If you’re listening AT&T and Verizon, you may want to take note that you lost my business. I have an unlimited family plan with T-Mobile at reduced fees due to my five-year loyalty to them that none of the other providers were willing to match. Wireless Internet access is possible with a Bluetooth enabled cell phone that has an unlimited Internet and data transfer service plan.
