In starting 2019 off on hopefully on the right foot, I am looking for advice on how to stay organized with all the meetings. Making sure agendas are going out timely, meeting with leaders to create the agenda, taking notes, bringing attention to meetings, etc. This is a wonderful question! March 14, 2019.

I prepare meeting templates for all the meetings I will need to take minutes at and fill it in as much as possible beforehand from the agenda. Having meeting templates is such a timesaver, even though it does take a few minutes to create each time, but well worth the effort.
