Roberta, Hopefully, everyone -- no matter the age -- will learn important lessons such as being more resourceful, networking and being resilient. We can learn so much from history, but as soon as things start to do well again, we seem to forget everything we learned. Then the 2001 recession hit the Telecom and IT sector.
