It was an interesting workshop as we went through different scenarios and tried to determine which type of conflict style would be best in each particular situation. They want things to be resolved such that everyone wins The collaborator seeks a solution that is good for everyone.

I was in a workshop today on presentation skills and one of the things they had us do was present something to the group while they filmed us. I went to a writing workshop and the woman who was presenting said that comedians are only as funny as their writers. How do you plan to be funny in December? With me it is a hit and miss sort of thing and sometimes I am funny, sometimes I am melancholy. How do comedians do it? If not, then be prepared to be booed off the stage.
