On January 5th I traveled to Port-au-Prince, Haiti with Soles4Souls to distribute shoes to those in need. I was tired after a half day of travel but I suspected after getting off the plane that my senses would be heightened and my mind renewed with what I was about to encounter. It’s usually the one place people dread going.
