If you keep the lines, the final product does look a little busy. sub item The end product will look like it is one area on the document, but really it is many rows of cells. I prefer creating it this way because I don't want to be fussing with formatting while in a meeting. To remedy this, I remove the borders from the cells.

Part of our job as an assistant is to correct grammar and spelling to make the end work product look professional. Writing in our jobs should be without typos.
