I appreciated the work the speaker had put into the presentation and the fact she made herself available to our group. I was happy that my first impression had been wrong.

Recently I was involved in an interview for an assistant role in our office and the executive who was interviewing with me mentioned that when she is giving a presentation, she also appreciates that her assistant ask herself what would she need if she was giving the presentation. Does the presentation have to be put on a memory stick?
